At the heart of the hive is the remembering that we, as humans, are designed for loving connection- with ourselves, with each other, and with the living world around us. Just as each bee plays a vital role in supporting all living creatures by embodying their nature, the Hive is rooted in the belief that every vibrant and unique human carries something miraculous and essential to offer the collective- something only they can sense, uncover, and remember.
The intention behind creating this community is to offer opportunities for each member to sense their body with curiosity, play with strategies that bring their nervous systems into a state of regulation, and build lasting connections with other bee-ings of the Communal Hive. All flourishing is mutual, and as we support our kids in connecting to their nature, our whole community experiences more enriching joy.

Kids Regulation Programs
Before and after school regulation courses support kids in learning and practicing strategies to both better sense their bodies and alter their nervous system state for increased connection to their present moment- within school, home, or wherever they may be buzzing. Click below to learn more.

Community Yoga & Regulation Classes
The Honey Hive offers both 6-8 week programs and single drop in classes at various locations within the Charlotte community.
